New Petition Seeks Appointment Of Special Prosecutor Over Hillary Clinton Email Coverup

As the email controversy just won't go away, and with insiders confessing that FBI individuals will "revolt" should a case against Hillary not be brought over
American's have the right to full disclosure regarding Hillary Clinton's distribution of Top Secret and Classified Emails on and

As we previously noted, the implications are tough for The DoJ - if they
“[The investigation has reached] a critical mass,” DiGenova told radio host Laura Ingraham when discussing the FBI’s still pending investigation. Though Clinton is still yet to be charged with any crime, DiGenova advised on Tuesday that changes may be on the horizon. The mishandling over the classified intelligence may lead to an imminent indictment,
The FBI also is looking into Clinton's email setup, but has said nothing about the nature of its probe. Independent experts say it is highly unlikely that Clinton will be charged with wrongdoing, based on the limited details that have surfaced up to now and the lack of indications that she intended to break any laws.
"What I would hope comes out of all of this is a bit of humility" and an acknowledgement from Clinton that "I made some serious mistakes," said Bradley Moss, a Washington lawyer who regularly handles security clearance matters.
Legal questions aside, it's the potential political costs that are probably of more immediate concern for Clinton. She has struggled in surveys measuring her perceived trustworthiness and an active federal investigation, especially one buoyed by evidence that top secret material coursed through her account, could negate one of her main selling points for becoming commander in chief: Her national security resume.

Tax Wall Street Party
February 2, 2016 Senator Bernie Sanders Vote Bernie Sanders 2016
My dear Senator:
In my capacity as National Chairwoman of the Tax Wall Street Party, I am writing to you about the flagrant irregularities committed in yesterday’s Iowa Democratic caucus. We of the Tax Wall Street Party believe that prompt remedial action against these irregularities must be taken in defense of American democracy. Along with many other Americans, we have no confidence in the Iowa Democratic Party’s announcement that Hillary Clinton has emerged as the winner. We therefore call upon you to fight this unreliable result.
Reports generally available in the news media and sourced to officials of your campaign speak of some 90 Iowa precincts where the Democratic Party failed to provide a duly
Other credible reports speak of at least six coin tosses being carried out for the purpose of assigning delegates, with the Hillary Clinton campaign, winning all six coin tosses – statistically a highly unlikely event. It is inaccurate to say that this coin toss procedure was mandated by the Iowa Democratic Party rules. In a press conference of the Iowa Democratic Party broadcast on C-SPAN radio around 11 am Eastern time yesterday, a party official made clear that in case of a two-way tie, the party recommended a coin toss, and in case of a three-way tie, names could be pulled out of a hat. But this spokeswoman also pointed out that the coin toss and the hat
We urge you to make a public announcement as soon as possible to state that you do not accept the alleged victory of Hillary Clinton in these caucuses as announced earlier today by the Iowa Democratic Party. We urge you to go to court in the appropriate state and/or federal forums to secure the immediate impoundment of all records, including written records, computer files, emails, text messages, and telephone records generated by Democratic Party officials, the Clinton campaign, and other relevant persons, regarding the conduct of and delegate assignment in these caucuses.
We further urge you to investigate the possibility of a federal lawsuit against the Iowa Democratic Party for denying the civil rights of Iowa Democratic voters through multiple irregularities, including the obviously unfair coin toss procedure in which the Hillary campaign won every time.
The argument advanced by certain officials that the Iowa Democratic Party is in effect a private club beyond the reach of federal law is anti-historical and outrageous, since it negates the entire effort of the civil rights movement to secure fair primary elections, starting in the southern states. Federal courts do indeed have the right to force the Iowa Democratic Party to obey its own rules and to provide an accurate count. If the Iowa Democratic Party were to assert the right to practice racial discrimination, federal injunctions would most likely be granted immediately. The possibility of vote fraud in such a decisive election for the future of democracy in our country requires a response on the same level of urgency.
We also urge you to consider an emergency demarche at the Organization of American States (OAS) in Washington, and before the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in Vienna, the human rights monitoring arm of the Helsinki Treaty to which the United States is a signatory. The United States is bound under the Helsinki Treaty to conduct free and fair elections as a human right. Force the Iowa Democratic Party to respect these norms or be exposed in the eyes of the world.
It is quite possible that one or both of these organizations had monitors in Iowa for the purpose of determining whether or not the caucus procedure is fair as applied. It is also imperative that the OAS and the OSCE promptly dispatch monitors to New Hampshire to guard against more possible vote fraud in the upcoming primary.
Honest and fair elections are an inalienable right of the American people, and are infinitely more important than the momentary unity of the Democratic Party. If you are a tribune of the people leading a political revolution, your clear responsibility is to take a strong stand against vote fraud, and for the right of the American people to the unfettered exercise their franchise. Sincerely, Daniela Walls National Chairwoman Tax Wall Street Party |
Did Cruz "Steal" Iowa? Trump, Carson Slam "Dirty... Disgraceful" Tricks
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 02/03/2016 13:12 -0500
Donald Trump was surprised at how well Ted Cruz did in Iowa...
It appears he has a reason to be...
As The Hill reports, Donald Trump is accusing Republican presidential rival Ted Cruz of committing fraud ahead of Monday night's Iowa caucuses, and he is calling for a "new election."
"Based on the fraud committed by Senator Ted Cruz during the Iowa Caucus, either a new election should take place or Cruz results nullified,"Trump tweeted on Wednesday.Cruz came under fire in the days leading up to the Iowa caucuses for distributing a misleading mailer that attempted to shame recipients into turning out to vote for the Texas senator.Following his decisive win over the GOP field, Cruz was accused by fellow presidential candidate Ben Carson of spreading a false rumor that Carson was dropping out of the race in order to sabotage the retired neurosurgeon's campaign.Cruz later apologized... and thus admitted to the act.
At his first post-Iowa rally in Milford, N.H., Trump called Cruz “dirty,” adding “what he did to Ben Carson was a disgrace."
Finally, with a huge 24 point lead over Cruz heading into New Hampshire, one wonder what "tricks" Ted will pull out of his bag this time...
