Hitler and Patton had a deal. To save two German bombs falling into the hands of Stalin, Patton took charge of them and u boat  U238, with Gen. Kammler corrected its route. Instead of Japan, they docked in NY and Oppenheimer was there to personally take charge because the US had no uranium at this point.

In exchange, Hitler was given safe passage to Antartica.

Patton paid with his life for this deal.

The Bretton Woods conference took place in June of 1945 and by August, these 2-bombs ignited over  Japanese civilians, without much damage.

Hence, the nuclear powered Ponzi Dollar took charge and backed by gold up to 1971.

The damage was the results of carpet bombings which caused the deaths of over 120,000-Japanese and Germans in Dresden.
